PA Republicanos se fundó en 2022 para compartir nuestras políticas y valores con los votantes hispanos, nuestros constituyentes naturales.
Desde 2022, no hemos bajado el ritmo, construyendo una red sólida de base y compartiendo mensajes efectivos que lograron conectar con votantes en todas cada comunidad hispana clave del estado durante varios ciclos electorales consecutivos.
Nuestro trabajo y elrespaldo de nuestros simpatizantes han sido fundamentales para lograr el cambio en nuestro estado en 2024., y ahora estamos redoblando esfuerzos para mantener la ventaja y seguir avanzando

Albert Eisenberg — Founding Strategist
Albert Eisenberg is millennial political strategist and entrepreneur who is devoted to building a Big Tent GOP and creating a conservative movement that is inclusive of all Americans. He is the Principal of the Philadelphia and South Carolina-based agency Red Bridge, and appears regularly in print in RealClearPolitics and other outlets.
Roberto Albino — Board Chair
Roberto is a native of Bethlehem and has served in ministry for over 15 years. He is currently the Latino Engagement Director for the Pennsylvania Family Institute and the Church Ambassador network as well as an assistant pastor at Central Assembly of God in Bethlehem. He also serves as the National Chapter Director for the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC) the world’s largest hispanic evangelical organization.
Bill Rosado — Senior Advisor
Bill Rosado was born in 1959 in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. In 1974, at age fifteen, he moved to the United States with his brother Félix. Bill began his career as a car salesman and in 1989, he purchased his first dealership, launching a business that grew over two decades into twelve dealerships.
In 2023, after nearly 50 years of living in the U.S., he achieved one of his proudest milestones: becoming an American citizen. As a Latino and longtime resident with deep ties to both Mexico and the United States, Bill has provided a unique perspective on Hispanic issues within the Republican party.
Today, through the Rosado Group, Milford Hospitality, and Rosado Aviation, Bill’s entrepreneurial vision spans automobiles, real estate, hospitality, and aviation—a testament to resilience, family, and ambition.
Jonnathan Yont — Grassroots Director
Jonnathan Yont is a proud veteran and former firefighter who is passionate about defending American values and standing up for everyday citizens. A graduate of U.S. Army Ranger School and a veteran of the initial 2003 invasion of Iraq, Jonnathan brings firsthand experience, discipline, and courage to his advocacy work for PA Republicanos.
Guided by his deep patriotism, he advocates for stronger communities, responsible government, and supporting the working Americans who keep our nation strong.
Jennie Jenkins-Dallas — Advisor
Jennie Jenkins-Dallas is a former candidate for State Representative, 103rd District. She is a member of the Cumberland County Republican Advisory Board and a member of the Dauphin and Cumberland County Republican Women. She has worked on several campaigns and grassroots initiatives.
Jennie is a small business owner and an active member of the community. Her goal is to inform the Latino/Hispanic community regarding civic engagement and why they should vote republican.
Ed Flocco — Treasurer
Ed Flocco is an Enrolled Agent based in Montgomery County, PA. His work supporting local candidates and committees has been invaluable in building the Republican Party in Southeast Pennsylvania.
